I’ve been posting here on WordPress now for a little over a month, and it seems much longer than that. OH OH. Time out. Rusty is here on my desk and is curling up and speaking to me. OMG. I’m melting!
You could just melt!
It’s not easy to ignore him. Anyone with a lovable cat (yes, they can be SOOOO affectionate!), will know exactly what I’m talking about.
To get back to my blog….. as I was saying…… Blogging here on WordPress is quite an experience for anyone, and I am not excepted here. It’s been a learning experience, for sure.
I decided to look around to see what is available, without trying to search out something in particular, like when I wanted to change my background, and change my blog address.
I found something new today: an archive of comments!; and my blog statistics! I answered some comments on the archive; others, I was not able to, because they were low on my screen and, when I wanted to hit a “reply” button, it was inaccessible. There wasn’t any scroll I could use. If anyone can give me some direction regarding these, I’d be forever in your debt (not really, but you get my drift!)
Whew!! My new blog address seems to be working just fine. So glad. You can only imagine how worried I was that all my blogs would be gone, and the connections to everyone of my bloggers I follow and who follow me, would be lost. Maybe I should copy all bloggers and keep you all in a safe place. Not a bad idea.
Today, I decided to change my blog address to: sunshinebrightblog.wordpress.com. The one I had was a mistake because I wasn’t that familiar with how to set up my account. I wanted to change it to: sunshinebright.wordpress.com; however, that name (sunshinebright) was already taken by someone whose last blog posting was in 2008! I thought that such an old account would have been deleted by now.
So, I’m hoping that everything will be working correctly. I’m hoping also, that my blog will be sent to all you great bloggers who have been following my blog postings. I guess I’ll find out pretty soon, right?
I also wanted to say that my day started out beautifully. I went outside to retrieve my newspaper, and stopped short.
The sun was brilliant, the air was warm, I heard birds chirping happily, and even the grass and mulch seemed to take on the glow of the morning. What could be better?
